The Agilent 4156B / HP 4156B Precision Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer provides is a highly accurate unit for device characterization. The superior low-current and low-voltage resolution and built-in quasi-static CV measurement capability of the 4156B provide  firm foundation for future expansion with other measurement instruments. This unit comes with four source/monitor units, two voltage monitor units, and two voltage source units.

 

 

• HRSMU: High Resolution SMU (1fA/2mV to 100mA/100V)
• Set measurement and/or stress conditions
• Control measurement and/or stress execution
• Perform arithmetic calculations
• Display measured and calculated results on the LCD display
• Perform graphical analysis
• Dump to printers or plotters for hardcopy output
• Self test, Auto calibration    
• Perform measurement and analysis with the built-in HP Instrument B
• Four built-in high-resolution source /monitor units, two voltage source units, and two voltage monitor units ASIC
